Founder & CEO
Javier Aguero is the Founder and CEO of AGIT Solutions Group, a veteran-owned IT consulting firm specializing in IT operations, enterprise technology solutions, Microsoft 365 cloud services, and infrastructure management.
With over a decade of leadership experience, he helps organizations streamline operations, strengthen security, and scale through practical, business-aligned technology strategies.
Javier holds a Master’s degree in Information Technology Leadership and an MBA from Philadelphia, PA, combining deep technical expertise with strong business acumen to drive strategic decision-making and organizational growth. Recognized as a Top 50 Technology Professional by the OnCon Icon Awards (2022)

César Alcedo brings over 18 years of business leadership and operational experience to AGIT Solutions Group. He currently serves as Business Development & Operations Strategy, where he plays a key role in driving market expansion, client engagement, and operational alignment.
César has extensive experience managing and growing service-based businesses, His background includes overseeing end-to-end business operations, building client relationships, and ensuring high standards of service delivery focused on quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
At AGIT, César is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, expanding the company’s network, and supporting client acquisition efforts across both local and international markets. He also contributes to operational coordination, ensuring alignment between business development activities and service execution.
